Hey there, I’m Karina Diaz, founder of Agape Brew.
Agape Brew didn’t begin as a lifelong dream. It began as a simple yes to something I felt deeply called to build.
Before I understood espresso machines, latte art, or what it would take to create a mobile coffee experience, I knew I wanted to serve people with excellence, warmth, and intention. Step by step, the right people, resources, and opportunities came together.
Today, I have the blessing of serving alongside my daughter, Leah. What started as a vision has become something we get to build, pour into, and share with our community together.
Agape: agápē
Pronounced: ah-gah-pay
Meaning: unconditional love, the faithful and selfless love of God.
That love shapes the way we serve — with care, hospitality, and purpose in every detail.
Through every cup poured and every event served, our hope is that you feel welcomed, valued, and cared for.

Agape Brew provides mobile coffee cart catering, espresso bar service, matcha, refreshers, and custom drink experiences for weddings, schools, churches, corporate events, private parties, and celebrations across Miami and South Florida.
