Yes. We offer an indoor-friendly mobile espresso bar setup as well as an outdoor mobile trailer experience, depending on the event location, guest count, and setup needs.

Is a deposit required?We serve school events, teacher appreciation events, church gatherings, corporate events, private parties, open houses, community events, weddings, showers, and brand activations.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for school events, holidays, weekends, and larger gatherings. Dates are not secured until the deposit is received.

Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is typically due before the event.

Yes. Depending on the selected package, guests may be able to choose milk options, syrups, iced or hot drinks, and specialty beverages. For larger or high-volume events, we may recommend a more streamlined menu to keep service moving smoothly.

Yes. Branded cup stickers, custom drink menus, and personalized event touches may be available depending on the package and event timeline.

Service time depends on the package selected. Most events are booked for 60 minutes, 90 minutes, 2 hours, or 3 hours. Larger events may require additional service time or staff.

That depends on the setup, menu, service window, and number of baristas. Once we know your estimated guest count and event details, we can recommend the best package.

A travel fee may apply depending on the event location and setup requirements. This will be included in your quote when applicable.
